•••Seattle Real Estate customers have benefited from Lisa´s expertise since 1987 when she joined local real estate developer, Kauri Investments as a project manager.  Building primarily in the ship canal neighborhoods of Queen Anne, Fremont, Wallingford, Ballard and Magnolia, Lisa honed her skills, listened to what buyers and sellers were saying and then brought those skills and knowledge to Windermere Real Estate´s West Seattle office.  Lisa sold real estate for Windermere for 17 years before venturing out on her own to build TILA Real Estate. 

     In 1994 Lisa was featured in a book by nationally acclaimed speaker and writer, Carla Cross for her success in real estate.  In November of 1995 Lisa's successful real estate career was highlighted in Cosmopolitan Magazine. 2004 brought Lisa's Real Estate business special recognition by Seattle Magazine as a winner in their "Best in Customer Satisfaction" survey of over 32,000 Puget Sound area Real Estate consumers. This recognition continues to grow, most recently as a 2007 winner in the Seattle Magazine survey.

  ••• As an avid skier & world traveler, if there's a challenge, you can count Lisa in!  From the top of Mt. Rainier to the top of the Alps,  the tranquility of fresh fallen snow and the untracked powder of a crisp winter morning are Lisa's passion.

Lisa leads a group of ski/snowboard enthusiasts every year to experience the beauty and exhilaration of the Swiss and Italian Alps  Typically the trip will end in Nice, on the French Riviera to celebrate the last night of Carnival - Mardi Gras, as we know it here in the U.S.!

••• Lisa´s other passion is her family!  Her daughter, Sarah, age 23, is a pilot for United Express and a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ.  Her son, Nick graduated Spring, 2006 from Mercer Island High School, & is attending BBCC in the fall. Nick is  a snowboarder extraordinaire, and Lisa's best ski buddy!   Then, of course, as all clients and friends come to know there´s Lucy.
